Manage end-to-end dropshipping operations

Research & list pet products on Shopify

Coordinate with suppliers & oversee order fulfillment

Track sales, monitor ads & suggest growth strategies

🎧 Customer Support Executive (Remote, Rotational Shifts)

Confirm COD & prepaid orders

Assist customers with queries, refunds & complaints

Track shipments, returns & replacements

Deliver outstanding support for pet parents across India

👩💻 Who Can Apply?

Self-motivated, reliable team players

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Basic knowledge of Shopify or any e-commerce platform

Experience with dropshipping, supplier management, Facebook/Google Ads is a plus
